What are your average timelines for a web project?
A simple brochure site is usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. For a professional or e-commerce site, expect 4 to 8 weeks depending on complexity. We provide a detailed schedule after our first meeting.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, for projects over €1000 we offer 3 interest-free installments (40% deposit, 30% mid-project, 30% on delivery). Feel free to discuss this at our first contact.
Can I update my site myself after launch?
Absolutely! All our sites include personalized training so you can easily manage content (text, images, blog posts, products, etc.). You will be fully autonomous.
What does the IT support service cover?
Our support covers a wide range of issues: virus removal, performance problems, software installation, device setup (printers, etc.), and usage advice.
How does a Kosy PICS photo shoot work?
We start with a brief to understand your expectations, then schedule the shoot (studio or on location). After the session we select and professionally retouch the best photos before delivering them in high resolution.
What if I am not satisfied with the proposed logo?
Your satisfaction is our priority. Our packages include revision rounds. We work with you until the result matches your vision and brand image.
